Healthy Kids Making a Difference One Step at a Time
Garden City Hospital and the Garden City School System are teaming up to instill the values of a healthy lifestyle in the elementary students of our community.
Our program promotes good eating habits, exercise and good citizenship through a fundraiser designed to benefit our entire community with an improvement to a city park.
Each child will be taught how to use their own Gordon Chevrolet pedometer and log their daily steps, while realizing their contribution to our community through the pledges they receive.
Program events are planned for the spring of 2010. The children can’t do it alone, they need your support. This is truly a community effort, please consider becoming a sponsor.

Bet on having a grand time at the 20th annual Health Enhancement Center Cardiology banquet, Straight to the Heart, on Saturday, February 20, 2010.
Join Garden City Hospital Cardiology for an evening of casino style gaming, dinner, raffles and music by the Gold Tones. Don’t miss out on an evening of fun! All proceeds benefit the Health Enhancement Center in purchasing new equipment and educational material for cardiac patients and all who utilize the Health Enhancement Center Gym and fitness classes.
