Planned Giving

Planned Gifts offers a donor to make a gift to the hospital in concert with personal long term financial and estate planning. Bequests enable you to leave a lasting legacy when you remember Garden City Hospital in your will or living trust. Charitable Gift Annuities increase your retirement income and reduce your taxes. Gift Annuity rates are based on age and pay a guaranteed return of up to a predetermined percent annually for life. You may also use Retirement Plans and Life Insurance by naming Garden City Hospital Foundation as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy, 401k, IRA or other retirement plan.
